Advantage
1.The new structure valve body adopts German coated sand casting technology.lt greatlyimproving the surface smoothness and mechanical performance, reducing pores, sand holes and cracks.
2.When in close position, the conical sealing surface with a scraping effect can automatically remove surface impurities. ensure reliable sealing and longer service life of the valve disc. Conical disc can achieve larger sealing strength in same close pressure,it’s easier to close and providing bettersealing performance.
3.The sealing design combining bellows and packing, static sealing and dynamic sealing, fully meets the zero leakage requirements.Reduce leakage by the wear out of traditional packing,which meetsinternational and domestic sealing standards.
4.Bellows with 100% helium testing, valves with 100% strength and seal testing according to standards to ensure zero leakage of the product.
5.Products above DN150 with triangle position device, valve can installed in various angles and effectively reduce valve shaking. It provides protection and noise reduction. Especially when installed at the outlet of the thermal oil pump or on high speed steam pipelines, reduce internal damage caused by shaking can effectivelyincrease the service life by more than twice.
6.Various valve disc designs can be provided according to the working conditions and media requirements, such as throttling valve disc, flat soft seal valve disc, globe check valve disc etc.
